Montana AG Legal Sufficiency Review
The Montana AG has found The Montana Plan to be "legally insufficient." While the decision was expected, the weakness of the argument was not. Montanans deserve better legal analysis than was afforded in this sufficiency review. We have 10 days to get our appeal to the Montana Supreme Court, our sleeves are rolled up, and that work is already underway.
